Hello mam, PCOS is a hormonal disease which affects conception at many levels. Keeping a healthy lifestyle is a cornerstone in its management but still you need to take some medicines too to manage the disease. If your cycle is of 35 days but regular then that is not a matter to be worried but in my opinion you need to go to a gynecologist for follicular study and ovulation induction. Also get your hormonal assays done to rule out any abnormality. Take care and all the best
