Patches On Head, Between The Hair Scalp, Looks Like A Fungal Infection. Suggest A Medicine?

Hi Doctor, my name is Vijay. I m 25 year old man. For last 3 months i ve seen some patches on my head, in between hair scalp . they are somewhat round and have bald patches. when i searched on the internet i found it to be fungal infection in the hair. I ll be staying in INDIA for next 4 months. Can you please suggest me some medicines that are available here in South-east Asia.

it seems like alopecia areata or fungal infection
in fungal itching is there while in alopecia areata no itching .
treatment option for both are different .
both condition will last for minimum 4-8 wks
both are curable ,nothing to worry
