Patches On Fingers, Dry, Rough, Itching

I have rough patches of skin around 3 of my fongers and its dry as well seems lke extra skin keeps growing even if i cut it off i feel to pain or iching but dosent look very good, looks like there is a problem with my fingers and on my index finger there appears to be a wort or blister but am unsure, that to grows back.

Please apply steroid cream like fluticasone.

This will control the disease progress.

If there is itch you can take tablet cetrizine.
