Patches Of Goosebumps On Arms, Stomach And Thigh. Suggestions?

Hi, over the past couple of months I've noticed what looks like small patches of goosebumps on my skin. The patches are 1-2 cm in diameter. The bumps are small and not discoloured, but I have never had them before. There are four patches on my arms, one on my stomach and one on my thigh.
I'm 18 years old, female, 5'6" and weigh 10st6.
I'm not particularly worried, more curious, as I don't think this is worth seeing my GP over.

Hi,
You are having pathes containing small accuminate papular euptions.
I think either you are having phrynoderma or lichen spinulosus.
Both the conditions are benign and having good prognosis.
Your skin may be dry in nature.
You avoid soap.
Keep the skin moist with use of moisturiser.
Take vitamin A, vitamin E and Vitamin C orally.
Apply and rub lightly.. Mild steroid with salicylic ointment twice day.
Improve nutrition with with lot of fruits and roots containg high vitamins A and C.

I hope you will be benefitted.
