Hi , I feel that use should try taking Proton Pump Inhibitors like Omeprazole or Pantaprazole with prokinetics like Domperidone. For excessive flatulence you can try taking Charcoal Tablets or Simethicone. It is important to eat a healthy balanced diet with fruits and vegetables. You may be able to prevent flatulence by avoiding foods like artichokes, asparagus, broccoli, brussels sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower, cucumbers, green peppers, onions,Carbonated drinks, fruit drinks,Fried and fatty foods. In case your symptoms persist , then you might need evaluation in form of endoscopy etc.Hope it helps.
