Paranoia. Was On Meth. Taking Arip. Is This Safe To Be Taken?

Hi dr. I need some comment regarding arip 10mg.. i was abusing meth a suffer a paranoia.. i was refered to a shrink at 1st he gave me a medicine which i cannot recall but it starts with raphnol.. when the folowing treatment he seems to change the med with arip but he only advice me to take 5mg from the full tablet.. here is my question dr. What is the peremenant effect or side effect besides sleepyness and drowzie will i bear because according to the shrink i need to consume the arip for a year

All allopathic medicine have a more or less, side effects, among them anti psychiatric drugs comes first to induces the numbers of unwanted side effects, it is like "tit for tat" , how a person can accept, that he is being given drug because he seems mad or having schizophrenia, while person can come out of this, without the help of such stupid drug, just think twice before taking such drug till the rest of your beautiful life, Have good life.
