Papules With Dark Center On Feet, Legs, Back, Buttocks, Arms. Is It Lupus Or Autoimmune Disorder?

I have a question about a patient I work with. She has papules with dark center on feet, legs, back, buttock, arms. She is on oral hydroxazine and said that helps the itching, but was also given a cream (she wasn't sure of name) that made her skin harder and darker. She has had 2 biopsies as the first she said they didn't know what it was and is awaiting results on the second one. Recently started on dialysis although she has had this several weeks before. Any thoughts? Also, she did mention one doctor thought possible lupus or some type of autoimmune disorder.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
Before giving my idea regarding this let me clear that the skin lesion strongly demands the visual examination it is art of looking and the dermatologist are the best judge for this, still from the history given here it can be said that the chances of impetigo could be there, hope this could be some clue helping you for taking any decision have nice day.
