Pap Smear Test Done. Findings?

Hello to all!
Please tell me what are the explanation of my Pap Smear result:

General Categorzation: benign cellular changes.
Descriptive diagnosis:
1. infection - predominance of coccobacilli
2. reactive changes - inflamation...mild
comments and recommendations:
reactive changes associated with inflammation.
Shift in flora.

And please tell me what are the medecines or remedies for these.
