I normally speed walk 8kms every morning and this morning, I started getting bad heart palpitations and my legs felt like jelly. Actually felt extremely woozy and thought I was going to pass out. I m generally very healthy, normal weight and eat healthily. It s been a couple of hours since this happened and I still don t feel my normal self. I have a woozy feeling and have a slight shortness of breath.
