I drank a monster energy drink today and it resulted in me having MAJOR palpitations, loss of breath, chills, and being very shakey. I felt like i was going to die. After it all subsided, i still feel a heaviness in my chest and its not painful just uncomfortable. My heart beat seems normal but I'm still concerned. I drank 4 glasses of milk and three glasses of water trying to flush it out of my system. Why does my chest feel heavy and is there any way i can take the discomfort away?
