Palpitations, Breathlessness, Chest Cramps When Masturbating. Link Between Pain In Hand And Heart Disorder?

Hi, Is there a link between pain in my right hand and heart disorder? Also, I was masturbating a while ago, and I felt heart palpitations, shortness of breath, cramping in my chest , and thought it was a heart attack . I ve been masturbating for years, and this has only started happening over the past few days. I m 22/f. Help?
