I woke up about 4 days ago with purple reddish dots on my upper right leg. They do not hurt or itch and appear to be under the skin. Yesterday I noticed the same thing on my upper left arm . In both cases the dots are only in about a 2 inch by 2 inch square area. The one on my leg is almost faded away but not the one on my arm. Wrestling practice has just started so i may have got something from that. We shower after with soap except one day I forgot soap so I rinsed with hot water and showered at home about an hour later
