Painful,red,swollen,turned Blue The Inner Of Left Wrist
hi, last week end, while eating diner, i felt a shock of pain in my inner left wrist and in a matter of seconds, it was red and swollen, turned blue over night. the swelling went down but the color stayed for a week and since then i feel from time to time pain inside my wrist...why, what is the cause of this ....im 29 year old, vegetarian and good health! thank you
