Painful, White Spot On Shaft Of Penis. Advise?

hi, i have a large white spot at the shaft of my penis, im a virgin so I know its not a STI. it doesnt look like a wart. it is very painful and hurts. i also have loads of small white spots but ive looked online and they say thats fine, they dont hurt but the large ( spot/lump ) is painfull. im afraid it could be a cyst but am scared to book an opointment with the doctors as my parents will find out. i am very embarrest and scared. im 17 and the lump i around 3cm while the little painfull ones are tiny(1mm) but still its affecting me sexually as im scared to sleep with a girl as im so imbarrest please help.

Thanks for your query.Based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have multiple sebaceous cysts over penis.
Penile skin and scrotal skin is rich in sebaceous glands and so prone to get sebaceous cysts due to accumulation of sebum beneath the skin.
Normally they fade away without any treatment.However they need to be treated with antibiotic if get infected or increase in size.
As you have one lump of a size of 3 cms take broad spectrum antibiotics along with anti inflammatory medicine like Diclofenac for 10 days .It will et cured in 10 days.
If problem persists even after taking antibiotics you may need to get it excised in Toto by a general surgeon.
