Painful Toe In Mornings, Unable To Sleep Due To Pain. Taking Ibuprofen. Father Has RA. Recommendations?

My feet, especially bottom of foot under 3 small toes are extremely painful in mornings. It is actually lasting thru out the day. Fingers and hands are also painful! Try taking ibuprofen and arthritis strength acetominophen and barely get any relief with either one. The past few nights have been very bad. Now causing lack of sleep due to pain! HELP please! My father has had RA since he was 30. He is now 78 and has severe crippling arthritis. I am 54 and rather healthy and active until recently.
