Painful To Pass Stools, Blood In Stools. What To Do?

It has probably been 2 months now since I've been digesting like this. Every time I use the restroom, when I poop, its always big and the outcome of it is painful. Usual I have a hard time digesting it out and when I am done, there would be blood. I have had hemorrhoids before but I didn't go see a doctor. I instead took matters in my own hands and ate wheat bread, and yogurt and cut down on solid foods. Today although was one of my most painfullest experience though. My feces look bigger than before, and for the first time, it didn't flush away. I wore gloves to break down the feces, and they were solid and clumpy. I felt scared for myself, I don't know what to do. Please, help me. I am 21 years old, and I probably weigh 230-240 lbs and I'm 5ft 4in.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having some chronic infection, either bacterial or amebic.
Go for one course of antibiotic like ofloxacilin, tinidazole combination medicine for 3-5 days.
Consult surgeon for having hemorrhoids.
Take plenty of water.
Avoid fried, chillies and junk food.
Ok and take care.
