Painful throat and headache after a collision while playing. Should I seek medical advice?

Hello, i was playing rugby earlier today and i had a collusion with someones shoulder into my throat . Since it has been painful to swallow and after having a nap i have now woken up with a terrible headache which wont seem to go away and i do not know if it is something serious or if i just need to sleep. Please give me some advice

Nothing to worry about , take paracetamol and do gargles for this problem ,

Have a proper clinical examination from an ENT doctor if you have got some internal injuries.
