Painful Swollen Lumps Behind The Ear, Shoulder And Armpit. Ingrown Hair?

hi i have a swollen lump behind my ear its very sore but has not affected my hearing .down further on my neck i have another small lump the size of a pea and one on my shoulder and another one just under my armpit near my breast which is tender. on my neck near the pea size lump i appear to have what looks like a ingrown hair that i have scratched last night in my sleep . is this serious ?

Hi painful swollen lymph over the ear.neck and armpit on one side can be herpes zoster.it can be cured by famcicyclovir 500mg thrice daily .ultracet twice daily
And use of antibiotic twice daily and application of calamine lotion in the morning and silverex ointment in the night can cure the condition
