Painful Spot Near Armpit And Heart. Slammed On Ribs. Help

what i have is a painful spot that has spread from under my armpit to the front of my heart . the accident was caused four days ago on a bicycle. i ran the tire in a crack. Instead of throwing me off the bicycle, the pedal which is also the shoe held me on and i slammed my ribs on the front handlebars. moving about eighteen miles an hour , stopped almost right away, twenty years old, male, one hundred and forty pounds and uninsured. i feel a few painful places around my heart that i am worried about. what should i do?

Hi,
Welcome to healthcare Magic!
You might have suffered some internal injuries.
A chest Xray and a Chest ultrasound is worthwhile to diagnose your problem.
If you can consult a physician he may do away with USG to cut down the cost if he thinks a Chest Xray would suffice which is the case mostly.
You should take OTC pain killers like Ultracet 8hourly just to control the pain.
Please get these investigations and if you like, inform me in a Fresh Query / Follow up Query for further fine tuned opinion
Wish you a great health!
