Painful red bumps with white head from back to inner thigh, butt, get purplish before disappearing. Remedy?

I have red bumps on the back to inner thighs, butt, and sometimes on my sides or lower stomach . They some have a small white head but don t really pop like a pipmle. They also do not bleed but can be painful. They start red then turn purplish before goining away. It seems that as soon as some go away more appear right away. How do I get rid of thi??

Hi i think it is only acute urticaria.use a antihistamine and apply calamine lotion over the lesions can cure it
