Painful Pit Under The Collar Bone. Suffer From Hashimoto's Thyroiditis. Could That Be The Reason?

I have a small painful pit under the left collar bone. about one finger from the base of my neck 1st intercostal space. then there is a 2nd spot right under the 1st spot at about the 2nd intercostal space. I do not feel a lump though it feels slightly spongy as compared to the right side. I have hypothyroidism ( Hashimoto thyroiditis x 15 years) I am 33 year old female. Thank You
