Painful Pimples On Penis' Foreskin With White Discharge. Masturbate Extensively. Is This A STD?
hi doc, i noticed painful pimples in my dick foreskin. I had white discharge from it too and it looks like there are 2 big pimples. Its been around 5 days or so now. I do masturbate hard and for long hours when i do which is usually 2 hours plus.
I cant figure out if its a single pimple or 2 pr 3 pimples scattered around in the same area. do you think i got an std?
The foreskin of my dick is also really dry and that usually happens to me around winter time but the pimples have never happened before. They do hurt if i touch them and not otherwise.

It's unlikely to be std in the absence of exposure. Possibility is mild inflammation or infection of glans and prepuce known as balanoposthitis. Having hot Seitz bath, retracing back the prepuce and cleaning the whitish secretion known as smegma, followed by local application of Steroid and antifungal ointment will help.
Also replace back the prepucial skin after applyinointmentu
