Painful Numbness In Right Arm. Heart Related?

I get a painful numbness in my right arm and hand sometimes, especially at night. My shoulders are painful at times ( particularly the right ) and it scares me.. I have had an angioplast and two minor heart attacks plus a stroke which left me unable to walk slurred my speech and gave me double vision . I recovered from all of these symptoms. Am I in trouble with my heart?.

You need a cervical X-ray and a TNT test .it will rule out cad and cervical spondylitis.
