Painful numb hand after taking injection

I m a 34 yr old female. I just got the tuberculosis test yesterday and few hours after I got the injection my hand went painfully numb off and on and still continues to go numb. Was this from the shot or coincidence?

but TB to be keep in mind
if numbness persist ,
better to consult doctor

that mean disease w positive.
