Painful Mass In Upper Abdomen, Lumps Under Arms And Breast. CT Scan Shows Phleboliths. History Of Cholecystectomy, Hysterectomy, Gallbladder Removal. Advice
A CT Scan has shown phleboliths, and previous cholecystectomy, but i also have a painful mass on the RHS of my upper abdomen which goes through to my back. I also have lumps under my arm and in my breast. An MRI has been suggested- what do you think? I am not using my home computer at the moment, so can't check the answer until late this arvo. I am a 39 year old Mother who has also had a hysterectomy and also my gallbladder out!
Hello. Thanks for writing to us. The lumps under the arms and in the breast is likely to be due to swollen lymph nodes. These are not related to the mass in the upper abdomen. You need to have an MRI to know the exact nature of the mass that you are feeling. I hope this information has been both informative and helpful for you.
