Painful Lump With Pus Between Anus And Vagina, Hurts A Lot, Intense Pain In Sitting Position. Treatment Suggestion?
i am 33 year old female with a painful lump between my anus and vagina , sort of right in between the legs a bit closer to the anus. the lump itself is pretty large in surface area, but it does not raise very high above the skin so isn t very noticeable in a mirror. i can more just feel it. the only symptoms i ve had are just it hurts a lot to touch and it hurts in most sitting positions. pus is coming out from it too... i notice it for last 5 years,,,

It seems that you might be having Fistula in ano giving rise to this problem.
It is a sinus type fistula opening in anus and spread in lower anal canal producing chronic pus discharge from anus.
Consult surgeon and get examination done.
