Painful Lump Near Trachea. Taken Antibiotics

Hi I have a painful lump on my left side of my trachea ( that s where it feels like ) I went to the dr, and have some antibiotics . It started as pain in the neck , then moved up the side of my face to my temple. Every symptom responded to the antibiotics except for the lump and pain in the neck... I originally went to the dentist thinking it might be a tooth issue as even my tooth hurt.
