Painful Lump In The Inner Thigh. No Injury. What Is It?

I have a lump in the crease of my leg (inner thigh/ pelvic area). It is tender to the touch. There are no in grown hairs, nor is it a boil or syst. It s internal. The mild pain started Thursday and has not gotten better. The pain in almost like when you run into somthing and you say to yourself Oh, that s gonna leave a mark, but you never ran into somthing. Any idea of what it could be?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
It seems that you might be having some enlarge lymph nodes in groin giving this problem.
It indicates that there is some chronic infection in surrounding area.
Consult surgeon and get examined to find out source of infection.
Afterwards go for treatment accordingly.
Ok and take care.
