Painful Fluid Filled Pimples In Clusters In The Foot. Cure?

I have painful pimple like bumps in clusters of 3 or more in the arch of my foot and on the side of the same foot about an inch back from my small toe . I opened one and they have clar liquid in them and painfuly sting for a long time after. What are they and what can I use to clear them up? Thay are very unplesent to walk on, a bit like blunt tacks.

it look like you have infection on foot .may be bacterial or viral
do not prick or popped it as it will spread the lesion
keep the area dry and clean
apply good antibiotic cream and take analgesic and antibiotic medicine for relief
