Painful Bruised Swelling In The Ankle After Being Hit During A Game. Will It Heal Of Its Own?
Last week i was hit in the ankle with a cricket ball quite hard and it swelled up for about 3 days then went down slightly and now i have a giant bruise around my ankle but there is still a lump that is extremly tender and very painful at any touch on the top slight left of my ankle on my right foot . Just wondering if its anything to worry about or will it go on its own?
