Painful Boil On The Forehead. What Is It?

I have this cyst/ boil or blind pimple on my forehead for a day now but I don t which one:( because a week ago I had a boil which I popped with a sterilised needle! And so I am freaking out because I don t want it to be a boil!:( it is not red but my skin colour is brownish/reddish colour and it is not raised up or anything! If you press down on it, it hurts like hell even a single drop of water can t touch it without pain! The pain is sorta like a burning. You can feel the smallest bump under the skin, I have tried popping it but nothing comes out just this clear liquid:( please help I really don t want a boil/cyst or a blind pimple:(

Hi,
Thanks for writing you query.

I would like to suggest you that donot try to drain the boil by yourself. If not properly done and if it gets infected, it can result in dangerous results due to spread of infection to the brain.

You should seek medical help for incision and drainage of the boil under aseptic conditions.
Antibiotic can be nedded to prevent any infection.
Culture/Senstivity of the fluid/pus drained can be done to know the appropiate antibiotic.
