Painful Back, Swelling, Lesions, Red Spot. What Is It?

This morning I went to work pefectly fine after being on me feet for 10 minutes my foot started hurting right near the back of the arch. It got worse and started swelling and got a red spot and it is hard but not a lump and warm and very painful. What is please? Is not a bite has no puncture marks no lesions no blistering. No recent trauma and I take care my skin.

it is difficult to diagnose without examination
do not put pressure over the affected area
better to consult dermatologist .
you can take analgesic medicine and apply antibiotic cream on preventive bases.
do not wear tight foot wear .
