Pain While Excreting Stool

i have pain while excreting stool,,it feels like there is some kind of swelling over there.please suggest me a solution.

The pain in rectum you are describing may be due to a dilated vein or a blind (non bleeding )piles which can occur as a result of over straining for stools.Please take some pain killer and the pain will reduce but if it comes back again then you have to get examined by a doctor.
