Pain under shoulder blade and rib cage, worsens after eating. Green stools. Do I need to go to the doctor?

I have been suffering from pain under my left shoulder blade and rib cage for a week now. The pain gets worse based on if I eat and what I eat. The worst was when I ate black beans. That night I had difficulty sleeping because the pain was too great. My bowel movements have become irregular and stools a dark green. Pepto Bismol and antacids don t work. Do I need to go to the doctor?
