Pain under rib cage, thigh, calf muscles, drinking enough water. Suggestions?

I have been experiencing pain on my right side under my rib cage. I hurts to bend over, to sit or even walk at times. I have been taking cipro for 7 days and the pain is still there. Drinking 2 quarts of water a day but I just feel so tired. I am also having pain in the thigh and calf of my left leg. How long will it take before I start to feel better. Thanks

Thanks for using Healthcaremagic,
You are taking Cipro antibiotic for last 7 days and having pain in chest right side, treatment depends on cause.
If it is due to Lung infection it should improve by this time and if it is due to muscular pain as you also have pain in thigh and calf so it would be prudent to consult your Physician and if necessary Orthopedic surgeon and get X ray chest and relevant investigations for proper diagnosis ince cause is known it can be treated accordingly.
Keep yourself well hydrated and if required simple analgesic like paracetamol may be used.
Hope this helps,
Take care.
Good Luck.
