Pain On Right Side, Swollen Belly, Taking Lactalose

hi i havn t eatern much today but for a few weeks im getting right sisded pain i have had swobs done all clear my belly is so swollen the pain in my right sid is sharp jusy under my rib cage if i lean to the side its like a hard lump and pressure i have been taking lactalose and i went docs who said consipation i want to cry its that bad today

You are taking lactaloose means having constipation. Donot take it for too long as it is habit forming. Take more fluid fiber rich food and be physicaly active. Take ultrasound abdomen. For consti pation take two glass of water after getting up. You can take husk of isofgul soaked in warm milk for fue days.
