Pain on right of stomach, right ovary ruptured, echogenic area on right ovary. Analysis?

hi i had menstrual cycle on 11 of nov and on 21st nov i tracked ovulation and mature follicle of 2.0 cm was seen in right ovary and endometrium thickness was normal 0.8 cm now on 30th i started pain in right side of stomach and they said there is right ovary ruptured cyst. right ovary shows a ring like echogenic area with irregular borders measuring 21 X 18 mm what does it mean? through cervical mucus examination i ovulated on 24th nov

this is great news!
The echogenic area with irregular borders is the corpus luteum - which stay behind after the cyst has ovulated - it`s the remains of the fiollicle. So the follicle after erruption/ ovulation.
This corpus luteum produced hormones esp. progesterone - which stops the menstraution until the fertilized egg nestles in and produces HCG , the pregnancy hormone, which also stops any bleeding.
If the egg doesn`t get fertilized expect a period in approx. 2 weeks time.
The endoemtrium lining of 8mm shows that you had good estrogene levels.
