Pain in vaginal area, smooth protruding lump on inner part of vagina, pain on putting pressure, while showering. Causes and treatment?

Hi ; I was showering and felt a type of pain in my vaginal area as if something were sticking out of it , I felt a type of smooth/squishy lump sticking out of the upper-inner part of my vagina . It only hurts when I put more pressure on my right side , but not a really painful pain . Please help say what it could possibly be ..

The lump that you have detected is likely to be due to a bartholin's cyst. A direct examination will help in the confirmation. Antibiotics are needed for treatment.
