Hello mam, firstly as it is your 8th day post ovulation already you need not to have intercourse daily in case you have discomfort in doing so because egg once released from ovaries gets fertilized within 24 hours and wasted thereafter in case fertilization fails.
This pain you are experiencing may be related to early pregnancy and even ectopic pregnancy so visit your gynecologist as soon as possible (on the day of your expected periods at least).
Wish you all the best. Take care.
