Pain In Upper Tricep Area, Shrinkage On Tricep And Numbness In Right Arm. Is This A Pinched Nerve?

I have been experiencing pain in my upper tricep area for 6 or so weeks. This pain is intermittent but is increasingly consistent. In addition, I am experiencing considerable numbness in my right arm down through my hand and fingers. I have also experienced noticeable shrinkage in my right tricep. After brief research, I am led to believe I have a pinched nerve. If this is the case, what is the best solution. This is nothing unbearable, but the numbness and muscle shrinkage is particularly concerning. Will this heal on its own?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
You must be having kind of pain I agree with that, but other problem you described here is not the real thing, you said about nerve pinch and shrinkage of muscles, these are just because you have pain sine weeks and now you are trying to find out the causes of this pain and unfortunately you got this reason and you granted it, and that is not true, this could be simple muscular pain and will go way with the help of analgesic and muscle relaxant " Diclofenac and the chlorxozaxone will relieve this, no need to have big ideas you will get well soon have nice day.(If you see some kind of shrinkage, this is illusion )
