Pain In Upper Left Side Tailbone. Cause & Shall I Take Aspirin / Tylenol?
After 1 1/2 hours shoveling topsoil into my garden wheelbarrow, the upper left side of my tailbone is aching. What is the most likely cause, and what is the recommended abatement? I am very physically fit, and was intending to just tough this out (I m scheduled for a riding lesson tomorrow). I haven t taken anything yet, but was wondering whether to take aspirin/ tylenol before sleeping?

As you dont have history of trauma..........it is coccyxalgia.
Pain in tailbone.
For this you can take mild analgesic as parecetamol and do not sit on hard surface and use soft material to sit on.
Apply ice on affected part.
