More details are needed like your age, how long your problem is there, is there any fever, is this the first attack so on to determine cause of your problem. More important is to examine you to find out the exact reason for your symptoms.
It may be anything from acute Tonsillitis, Epiglotitis to acute pharyngeal abscess etc.
Please consult an ENT specialist for proper diagnosis and management.
Till then:
Take plenty of warm liquids
Pain killer
Wish you early recovery
