The wrist joint is very complex joint with over 8 small bones within. Lesion to any of these bones or ligaments could produce similar symptoms. Pin point the actual bone or ligament that is at the origin of pain requires much clinical expertise and many paraclinical examinations. An X ray
coupled with a Magnetic Rasonance Imagine (MRI
) might be useful in actually locating where the pain is coming from. A complete physical examination by an experienced orthopedic surgeon could be very necessary.
