Pain In The Upper Arm Between Elbow And Shoulder,tendonitis
I have a dull pain in my right upper arm between the elbow and shoulder . A few times a day it gets instantly so painful I lose all power in my arm. It feels like a sharp sharp pain. It has been this way for about a week now. I went to see the medics ( I am in the army) but all they said was that tendonitis of the arm was strange and told me to come back in a week. Any ideas?

the problem you are having is due to compression of your nerve supplying to that region due to some pressure on lying in an abnormal posture. you can try painkillers and vitamin B12 supplements. physiotherapy is always very helpful. the symptoms will subside within 3-4 days of treatment.
