Pain in the thumb due to high uric acid. On medication. Blood test showing high GGT, SGPT, SGOT and eosinophil. High BP. Advice?l

hi my husband has high uricacid previously.because of that he got leg thumb pain.he is using medicines for reducing uric acid & for vitamin d3 .now the uric acid is 6.3.but 3 days back he gone for blood test. in that blood test his ggt ,sgpt, sgot, ph, eosinophil ,platelet distribution width are higher than the normal values. he dosn t drink or smoke or no bad habits. he usually ate rice some more & frequently chicken.and also his bp is 150/90.what are the ways for reducing bp and also those levels
