Pain in the throat, pain on breathing. Is this due to smoking?

Hi my throat is very sore it seems to be around my Adams apple not to positive...but exertions I exhale or sometimes inhale it s has a humongous pain there that won t go away til I take another breathe...I m kind of worried of what it is considering I smoke and when I move my neck or stretch it, it also can cause that same pain so I was wondering what s going on? Oh and when I run or something it also causes that pain in my throat

hello. i would recommend that get your throat checked by an ENT physician and stop smoking. Smoking is most likely to cause the pain in your throat. thanks
