Pain In The Stomach During Bowel Movements. Had Smoking Addiction. Treatment?

When I go to the bathroom it really hurts. Not on the buttocks but my actual stomach . Inside of it. It is the worst pain ever and i scream , cry, and punch things. I dont know what to do. I really want it to stop. I cant afford to go to the doctor. How do i make it stop? I thought it was because i smoked but i just quit after smoking for 6 years. I am 19 years old, almost 20.

Hi, thank you for posting.

I have gone through your query and I understand your concerns.

Your symptoms are related to acute gastritis.
You should follow these advises in order to relieve pain.
1. Eliminate spicy, acidic and fried foods from your diet.
2. Do not drink coffee, milk and alcoholic drinks.
3. Take Lansoprazole 30mg 1 pill daily, in the morning, 1 hour before you eat. Take this medicine for 14 days.
4. You should also take Butylscopolamine 10mg 2 pills 2 times a day. Take this medicine for 5 days.

However you need the following tests to confirm the diagnosis:
1. Fibrogastroendoscopy.
2. Complete blood count.
3. Liver function test.
4. Urine test.

You should consult your gastroenterologist to discuss about the diagnosis and treatment.

I hope this information is helpful.

All the best.
Dr. Behar.
