General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi ! Seeing your family history, and the present state of affairs with you, there is a stong possibility of an auto immune disorder in you as well. For this it will not be possible to give an opinion just with the history. I would suggest strongly for you to consult your family physician who can either investigate you by himself, or may send you to an appropriate specialist.
WIshing you an early recovery. Thanks.
