Pain In The Pelvic Everytime I Urinate Or Have A Bowel Movement. Nausea, Lack Of Appetite Since Few Weeks. Could It Be Because Of Ovarian Cysts?

My side is killing me everytime I urinate or have a bm. Also have to strain a great bit to have a bm even with stool softners. It's my right side, but a little pain on the left side as well. Also I have to urinate a lot more than usual or I feel as I have to. Been nauseated, very tired and lack of appetite the last few weeks. I have a history of ovarian cysts but this pain is a lot worse than my average cyst pain but in the same area (by the hip bone) and yes even worse than when I have a ruptured cyst. What could this be???

Hi.You have nausea, lethargy, constipation ,no apetite and pain abdomen. Is your abdomen also tense with difficulty in passing flatus? If so, you might be developing features of subacute intestinal obstruction.Get yourself examined by your dr.and get all routine investigations done.Increase in urine frequency may be due to urine infection or bladder irritation..
You also need to get one scan whole abdomen .
Thanks.
