Pain in the ovary area after hysterectomy, spotting. Diagnosed with slow transit bowel. Reason?

I had a hysterectomy 2 years ago. No children, age 35 now. I have been having pain in left ovary area. Spotting. Went to Pelvic Ultra Sound Today and Tech said she saw dominant follicle on left side. Other than that, I have been diagnosed with slow transit bowel since hysterectomy and have a ton of issues with that. Constipation, bloating, pain with sex.

Hi, it appears that there may be adhesions which might be causing all these changes. I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment. If he feels necessory he will open the abdomen to release the adhesions.
Thank you.
